Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Crowd Play Games LLC ("we", "us") collects in our mobile games House on Fire and Zonk, and on this website, crowdplay.games. We collect as little as we can. Neither game has accounts or sign-ups, and your game data stays on your device.
House on Fire
Stored on your device only
The name you enter, your win/loss record and streaks, your best times, and whether you've removed ads are saved on your device. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Advertising
House on Fire is free and shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device, such as your IP address, device and operating system details, ad interactions, and an advertising or app identifier. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: the game asks for your consent before ads are personalized, using Google's consent message. You can change your choice at any time from Menu → Privacy Options.
- iPhone and iPad: the game does not ask for permission to track you, so Google can't access your device's advertising identifier.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Remove Ads purchase
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. The game only learns that the purchase was made, so it can turn ads off and restore the purchase later.
Zonk
Zonk doesn't connect to the internet and collects nothing. Your scores and settings are saved only on your device.
Ratings and reviews
Both games may ask you to rate them using Apple's or Google's built-in review prompt. Any rating you leave goes to the App Store or Google Play, not to us.
This website
Early access sign-up
If you sign up for early access or send us a message, we collect your name, email address, the games you're interested in, and anything you write. We use it only to reply to you and to tell you when our games are available. We don't sell it or share it for marketing. Submissions are processed by our form provider (Man in a Can Labs), which stores them and emails them to us, and are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on Fly.io, and its fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive your IP address and browser details when you visit.
Children
Our games are rated for general audiences but are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through this website, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything you've sent us through this website by emailing hello@crowdplay.games. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, or California), you may have further rights over your personal information, and we'll honor them. We keep sign-up information until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it. We don't sell your personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
